About Sean

With more than seven years of experience as a director, producer, writer, and editor, Sean Antonio Lally is a filmmaker dedicated to crafting cinematic stories that resonate with audiences across narrative film, documentary, and branded content.

Sean's approach to filmmaking is rooted in collaboration, thoughtful leadership, and a commitment to authentic storytelling. He believes the strongest creative work comes from building environments where talented people can do their best work, guiding projects with clarity, empathy, and a shared creative vision from development through final delivery.

Most recently, Sean wrote, directed, and produced his debut independent feature film, Black Veins, a crime thriller that premiered on July 9, 2026, before an audience of more than 330 attendees in Atlanta. Following the premiere, Sean participated in a director's discussion led by former Warner Bros. executive Michael Quigley, offering audiences an inside look at the creative journey behind the film. Over the course of 20 months, Sean led every stage of the production—from screenplay development and production through post-production—overseeing a cast and crew of more than 60 people.

Sean also served as the post-production editor for Scars on the Mountain, a feature documentary exploring the aftermath of Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina. The film premiered on Angel Studios, further expanding his work in documentary storytelling.

Beyond feature films, Sean develops commercial content, documentaries, branded campaigns, and original unscripted television concepts. Whether collaborating with filmmakers, brands, organizations, or creative teams, he is passionate about telling meaningful stories that leave a lasting impact and connect with audiences across every platform.
